Hi Emma, I think I became a scientist as a mixture between my own curiosity in nature and having had very inspiring people around me, such as teachers, professors, and friends!

Hi! I became a scientist because I find science really interesting. I love reading about all the new discoveries, I love designing experiments to answer questions, and I love chatting with other scientists about what’s going on. I enjoyed biology and chemistry in secondary school and so I decided to continue learning it in college.

      Bonjour 🙂

I became a scientist because doing this job could help me combining several of my passions: being outdoor, meeting and working other people, travelling, underdand the Earth and the environment (I wanted to be able to understand the landscapes around me, now I can 🙂 ), and going at sea, because I love ships and wanted to work on them.

I have been inspired by my grand dad who was in love with the sea and my secondary school teacher who made me discover geology through her rock collection 🙂
