My favourite experiment is about monitoring the provision of compute resources to maintain high quality digital services. Today most of the Apps and services you use are cloud based and use shared compute resources for their execution. If the resource usages are not monitored properly, the Apps might suffer poor performance, which will annoy the consumers and also be a problem for the provider.
